Here is a heads up on the next Guild Meeting. It is tentatively set for Sunday Feb. 9th at 7:30pm EST. The plan is to get as many of the guild to go as we can, so we can have an event directly after the meeting. So mark your calenders people. I will update here if the date or time changes. If anyone has questions or comments please post them here.

Ok I promised I would find some good links for maps and I think I have found something that could end up being the end all of all maps for Dark Age of Camelot. Point your browsers to DAoC MapScroller v2 and take a look at this bad boy. I have seen it before and it has recently been plugged over at DAoC Catacombs so with any luck the Albion side will be updated with lots of info.
I'm toying with the idea of throwing this badboy up here at the site. The bad thing is the total file size for it is around 78 megs. Maybe if I jettison everything but the Albion maps? What do you guys think about this? In the meantime go check it out, it's pretty spiffy.
We've got some fixes to make to the servers themselves tomorrow morning. Estimated downtime is one hour. Watch this space for further information if needed.

I've been slacking again, due to an on again off again cold. Since the last post we have had a few new members join our guild. Over in the Forum there is a thread from a newcomer to the Bors server and to the guild. Head over to the thread and welcome Luthaire to the guild.

Neato 1.59 has the windowed mode enabled! I don't have to be illegal anymore. Here are the patch notes. And I can't believe the servers are still down at this time. From the Herald:
We are taking the servers down immediately for an emergency, exploit fixing patch. I am sorry for the inconvenience, everyone, and we hope to be back up as soon as possible.

I have a small announcement for today. It's Hrulfgar's birthday today. So if you see him in the game wish him a Happy Birthday.
Also don't forget that it's patch day also. The severs go down at 8:00 AM EST. Here is a small bit of info that has some angered:
After looking at all the feedback and talking to various players, we've decided to not include the cleric changes in 1.59. As the changes are, they seem to be somewhat overpowering, so we need to be a little cautious. We appreciate all the help testing this patch. We are still going to look at the clerics, and we're still going to work with our various cleric friends, we're just not sure that this was the best thing we could do.
I'll have the 1.59 patch notes up as soon as the patch is live. And Happy Birthday Hrulfgar!
